Front passenger seat defective?

Front passenger seat defective?
I have a mild problem with my front passenger seat. I own a 05 Coupe SE and everytime I fold down my passenger seat, it doesn't memorize where it was. So it has to be fixed everytime to get a good comfortable position. Did it come this way? Or is there something I could do to fix it?
that sounds normal. my 04 (and my 03) do that. i was worried about it too at first, because i remember reading on the honda site or the brochure that the seat had a "memory" thing. but ya, theres nothing to worry about
