Angry Broken Wheel Bolt and Manifold stud

I am trying to replace a wheel bolt and a manifold stud and this is the last chance to get some advice before I take it to the dealership. The manifold stud is the screw that is actually connected to the block. Any advice would be appreciated. I also live in Southern Cali and will pay a mechanic to repair these. But Id rather do it myself so leave some feedback. Thanks

Is the wheel stud that broke in the front or rear? If it is the rear it can easily be knocked out and a new one put it. Just need a few washers and a lug nut to do so. If it is in the front, have a shop di it because the hub needs to come off the knuckle assembly.

Now the exhaust manifold studs can be replaced. Just by a new one and remove the old one and tap the new one in. I am not sure the proper way on doing that, but someone might respond who knows how.

Ok so Ill go to a shop for the wheel bolt because it is the front. However, I need more info on the manifold bolt because I will do it myself. The bolt is sticking out about 1/2 of an inch, just enough to be seen the the hole where my header is. Sticking out just a bit through that hole. Anybody else have any feedback on my issues.

To remove the stud you will have to take off the header, put some "Liquid wrench" (penetrating oil) on the stud near the block! put it on like 4 times with 30 minutes in between. Get a really good pair of visegrip pliers and a hammer.
Now the good part, put the visegrips on the stud really tight. As you try to turn the stud (not too much pressure!!!!) tap the end of the stud with the hammer! Turn both tighten and loosen, as soon as it starts to move go both back and out slowly!
It will work, but take your time!!!!!!

Anyways just ordered new headstud, gasket and a few other screws from honda dealership and I wanted an estimate on this procedure......138 dollars if they can remove it with stud removers, or 300-400 dollars if they have to drill out the stud....Ill take my chances. Thanks again guys
