A/C Warm
I noticed the same thing last summer (2004). From my experience this behaviour is typical of low refrigerant level (and usually a leak) so I took it to the dealer (Halton Honda in Burlington ON). I didn't want to get hit with an expensive a/c repair once the car is out of warranty. One of the shop foremen and I went for a ride with a digital temperature probe stuck in the centre vents. The a/c cycled on and off (i.e. air got alternately cold and warm) and he said it was operating normally and within temperature range.
I'm used to the a/c compressor being always on when the a/c is on. Maybe Honda has it cycle on/off (according to a temperature limit switch perhaps??) to conserve fuel?
Anyhow, this year (2005) the a/c is still operating fine. I haven't noticed it cycling on/off though, maybe because it's been hot as hell !!
