Car Not Wanting To Run

My civic key immoblizer light is on.
The tachometer and engine temperature gauge does not work.
It will not Rev over (About) 3,000 RPM
It is running extremely rich
It is an automatic and is running on 2 gears. 2nd and 3rd
It takes forever to get up to speed 1/4 mile= 40 MPH SLow as Crap

Does anyone know what could be wrong????

Well the thing was my car was running perfect and then all of a sudden it did all this at once. I am tuned and i am not running enough boost to need to upgrade to new injectors.

I took it to Honda 2 times and 3 other garages
Honda said they didn't know what was wrong cause their computer couldn't read my ecu
the other garages said they thought my ecu was burnt out

I took it apart but i didn't see any blown circuit or resistors or anything like that.

is it under warranty? swith keys? that car would not start. anyway your ecu is fried or partially fired if the car runs. tow it to your mechanic and make him fix your crap. then call a lawyer. good luck

The civics ECU has a secondary or redundant microprocessor inside it. In case of primary processor failure, this secondary "brain" will attempt to run the car in an albeit crippled condition, but it won't leave you stranded. This is designed so you can get to a shop or Home. Try having the ecu swapped. It is likely damaged if all the wiring is in order. And you DID do a total reset???

I did do a total reset of the computer and it still didn't fix it.
It is out of warrenty and i tried both keys that honda gave me. They both acted the same.
I ordered an ECU it should be here thursday or friday so i will get back then about the problem and see if that fixed it.

Anyone know where i can get cheap injectors for my car though?
