Transmission

Today I was backing out of a parking stop and I heard quiet bang and two metal on medal hits. Thinking it might be my tranny. Not to sure. When I started off in 1st and shifted into second there was a grind. Might have been me being flustered. But it is driving fine now. Also when i let off the clutch while idleing there is the quiet like noise i can't discribe. Could i just need a fluid change??
