I have a lot of problems

i have had problems ever since i have had my car. it is a 2002 civic sedan. to start off with, i have a clicking noise when turning sometimes. also, sometimes the gears grind when they are not supposed to, like i have the clutch all the way in and it will sometimes grind anyways. it is also harder to shift into 2nd gear. another problem is i think my clutch, when in neutral and if i let the pedal out, i hear like something spinning in the clutch. when coming to a stop, i sometimes get a loud bang or click from the front suspension. now my major problem, when acelerate from a stop or up shifting my car jerks as if the engine or transmission has play in it. i have had most of these problems for a while so i went to the dealer a few weeks ago and they said i must of driven it hard which is bs, b/c i don't. they wanting $400 to look into my suspension problem. i want to go to a different dealer, but today i just had 18's put on. would they now deny the warrenty b/c of my rims even though i have already had the problems. my car is a piece and i bought it brand new and now only have around 24,000 miles. i forgot i also have a very loud vibration when driving through puddles.

alot of those are tsbs. You have warranty too to fix those problems. I don't know what the problem is. If you want the tsb's I can send them on a cd if you want. Just PM me with info.

i gave you a rep for the tsb's. but there is no tsbs for my major problems, although i have the loose roof trim, exhaust rattle, ac water noise, stiff transmission. but my main concern is the clutch and the loose powertrain. i am thinking maybe the differential is loose? they denied my warrenty and said i must have been driving hard. what do i tell american honda and what will they do, anyone have their number? i appreciate all the help.

^^^how would they know if you drive it hard? are they fukin Nostradamus or something? of course they will deny anything that you are claiming, coz 50% of the claim that they say is bullshit doesn't continue on the claim... if they can't be talk to, get a lawyer, the ones that gets paid if you get paid types... they will cave in easy
