Anyone know how to fix that annoying rattling sound from the rear????
I've been living with this annoying *** sound for soo long coming from the back of my car, i think its the rear brake light touching against the rear glass or something, not sure....someone please help me out with this....
i've tried putting a cloth there, helps for like 2 days and then we're back to the same problem.
Running out of ideas, I want a permanent fix.
Anything would help...thanks guys....

Do a search for "rattle" and you'll probably find several hundred threads on this problem. People have tried lots of things... just try them all until something works.
jam like a foot long paper towel there instead of cloth towel. its been working for me for over a month now and ive got 2 12s pounding at the trunk. otherwise if that still doesent work you can find the DIY on the site on how to fix rattle.

A piece of foam wedged between the deck and the third brake light will usually cure it. Open the trunk, look under there were the hole is that you can access the bulb for the brake light. Get a piece of foam and squeeze it between the metal and the lamp housing so it pushes up on the deck. That's honda's fix, takes 2 minutes, and has worked for me.
What actually rattles is the retaining tabs on the deck, but putting foam in to keep pressure on it cures the problem.

I had a rattle coming from the passenger rear pillar cover. but it just went away one day so i didn't care anymore. maybe I fixed it when I replaced the rear deck speakers without knowing it...no clue, but I don't care cause its gone..lol
