hmm....see if yur muffler tip is rubbing against yur bumper...mine did that and annoyed the hell out of me. only vibrated when i did certain things. ALSO, check yur heat shield over yur cat, mine was bent once and would vibrate and also annoy the hell out of me, finally see if the axleback portion of yur exhaust is hitting yur sway bar or some part of yur frame where it bends over in the back. i had to minipulate that so it didnt vibrate. check that out and hopeuflly that'll solve yur problem

i had my axleback portion redone about 6 months ago cause it was hitting the sway bars so its not that. the heat shield isnt even on and 3 months ago i fixed the muffler so it would stop swinging back and forth in those rubber hangers, so it doesnt move. i can feel it under my seat when i start the car. i was thinking it might be the cat hitting something or moving. i dont know

hey, thats what you get with megan racing cheap quality dirt cheap products. I use the same and have the same. I unlike you can take the rattling because its not much rattling, just a little shaking. Just get used to it or put it back to stock. Its probably cuz the mr testpipe doesnt have a cat more air.. u could always try bending the pipe but I would leave it cause its no biggie.
