Strange noise, I've never heard on a car!!!
When accelerating from a stop in the 1K-2.5K rpm range I hear this water noise, like water gurgling or bubbling. It goes away after the engine is completely warmed, or I get over 3K. I'm dumbfounded.

Rep Power: 0 Well, a 7th gen. My 03 EX. It only does it when its cold outside. It's quiet at around 1.5K rpm then once you get above 2K rpm its louder. It does it in neutral, in gear just in the cold. I was thinking something to do with the radiator/cooling system.

It is a simple prob/solution, but what you can do is take it to your dealer, and have them flush your coolant system for free for you. On the 03/04 civs there was a technical service bulletin about air in the coolant lines, and dealers will flush it for free. They have done mine for free twice.

dont know how it is in the states but in Canada I took my TSB to honda with regards to the rocking seat I had been complaining about since day 1 and the puddle noise thing and they didnt want to help me.
WHen I pointed out the tsb there like "uhhh thats great"
