Got a new transmission!
yeah so finally a week ago i took my car in czu the transmission slipped. they said it was internal and the transmisison needed replaced. i took it in on tuesday and got it back today. feels like new, but it feels SLOWER then when i had the crappy transmission. please tell me its just in my imagination. it just doesnt seem like it wants to accelerate like before. o well.

yes and no..
i think that they wouldnt do that because you would have to change a number of things..
ecu, wiring harness, shift linkages, install a clutch pedal, flywheel, clutch
new axels, motor mount hydraulic lines
clutch safety switch

Tranny needs time to break in. Also I would suggest changing the fluid after 2k miles once everything gets going to get all the metal and crap out of it.
