i'm a new member a barealy found how to post this up anyways my car is pretty missed up. i turn my car on and i take of for a cruise and after i run the car for a while and i think it a saftey future but it wont let pass 4k rpm. i took it autozone (which i shouldn't have do trust them) and put it on obd to check the engine light and came up with code p1259. i looked it up and dealership and itwas vtec malfuction. their was another one but don't know the code but it said : fuel system to rich. what can i do to fix it? by the way i'm tring to put tach on and i read the diy to istall it but don't know which side of the battery or coupling can anyone tell were its exact location at?

i forgot to put that my vtec was working sometimes when it let me pass 4k but now it dont anymore. i took it to the tracks with club (i know pretty stupid) and i ran a 20.7 1/4.

i want to but i took it last time when i blew 13 valves and char me 375 to tear apart and said it was going to cost 1500 to fix it but i bought the valves and took it to themachine shop to put them in and i put it together maybe thats whys messed. i have a am v2 dc sports tcs catback

then bring it to the shop who fixed your valves they should do something to it... I think you have atleast 30day warranty for their work...

it was working fine for about a 2 months and blw the valves nov. 03
