Tran Problem on 01 Auto Civic ES

Tran Problem on 01 Auto Civic ES
Dear all,
My car recently has the following problem :-
- When I press on the gas paddle from stationary, my car always have a few rattle and then run smoothly. No matter I put on S or L gear to start with.
- Once accelerated (after the rattle) the car run smoothly without any problem.
- But, once the car stop and start again. same problem again !
So, I suspected the following problem :-
- timing problem ? (But why just only happened when start driven)
- The Tran problem (1st gear) (I think most likely in this case)
What do you think ?
