Low pitch squeak when turning right at low speeds

Low pitch squeak when turning right at low speeds
I looked and searched through this forum and coudn't find anything relevant to my "problem" Here goes:
When my car is either not moving or barely moving, and I turn my steering wheel to the right, I hear a low pitch squeak coming from the passenger front suspension. Is there anything that may need greese? Anyone else experienced this?
Also what can I greese to stop the suspension from squeaking when I go over bumps. (all 4 sides)
I'm on Neuspeed Sports
