blown fuse

i just got my car back after a month from the shop everthing was great and then a few days later my cd player stops working, check it out the fuse blew. i replace the fuse and 4 hours later it blows again. whats making my fuses blow out this much i called the shop and they did not touch any wiring so what can it be besides a loose wire/s??

What was done? My guess is a pinched wire. Unless you have something else connected to that fuse that's not oem?
