Window Issues

OK, so I haven't seen this one yet. When I'm driving in my car with the window cracked open, they vibrate. Only when they are all the way down or all the way up, they're fine. The windows seem to be loose, but I've taken apart the doors and found nothing wrong.
In the mornings when there is due on my car I would normally lower the windows slightly to get the water off. Now when I do this and then raise the windows it looks like they were never down. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any solutions out there? My car is not under warranty anymore.

yeah there's just too much space between the interior door panel and the outside panel. and the rubber that holds the window is very soft. Sometimes it looks like the glass would shatter from vibration if you're going fast enough...

I just noticed when I roll the window all the way up, the the door frame pushes away the car body. Is that normal?
