The car's not a lemon because you blow tires. Potholes cause bubbles, defective tires cause bubbles, cheap shitty tires cause bubbles more often than good tires. It has nothing to do with the car.

NO, I still don't think there's anything wrong unless your car is lowered and you never aligned it. Even then, its still not the car's fault.
What psi do you keep your tires at? Low psi will make tires more prone to side wall damage. I don't see how it can be your cars fault though. I think 7th gens on 17's take around 35-37psi. I know for sure 16's take 35psi.

like 7gnoob said, low psi will cause sidewall damage. So, yes you can damage that many tires if your riding on the side walls.
I know you said you have nittos, but where all the tires nittos??
I used to install tires at the this place in canada, call canadian tire. They had their own brand of tires, and every tire they sold, pretty much came back with a nice buldge on the sidewall.
What's the recommended psi on your tires? and what is the psi in them now?

I have free tire replacement on anything not my fault, so other than low tread, they will replace for one year, same with rims. I already exchanged one rim, and will do another one after I have them rotate, and say the scratched it, because the new one had a scratch on it. Ima try to get 4 new rims before the warranty
Discount Tire gives you a good warranty on most tires, just ask them about it. I have Kumho Tires
