Vertical Door HELP

Vertical Door HELP Alright...I just installed my vertical doors. I checked all the electrical stuff b4 I went on and it worked. But When I was done, I went to roll down my passenger window and it went down. Btw its power windows...anyway, It won't roll it up! At the time I was unable to try to find the wire cuz i had to go to work. I checked the passenger door after work...and all the wires seem fine. Before I go any further...I was just wondering if anybody knows where I can find a chart that shows what color wire does what. I would really appreciate it if anyone can help.
