I have two extremely small paint chips on the top of my car and if you look at them, you can see rust. I am pretty sure they will spread. What is the best thing for covering this or cureing it? I was thinking about getting those paint pens from autozone, the color matched one and going over it, do you think that will work?

I got some Honda/Acura paint pens from Canada. Don't know how legal that was, but absolutely nobody could get me touch up for my color. The ones at Autozone/O'Reilley/PepBoys should work fine as long as you apply it right. I can't even tell where my chips used to be. If you're worried about the rust, you could just get some clearcoat-safe rubbing compound and polish the rust away before you use a paint pen. That's what I did and I thought it worked fine. Mostly, you just need to make sure you seal the spot so no more moisture can get to it.
