Talking Header Vs. Frame

Well, I have the full HP Racing Header with the Hi-Flo Cat. A friend and I put it on ourselves, shaved the mount like the DIY said and everything. Well, the header still rubbed on the frame. I drove on it like that for a few weeks and it eventually faded away for the most part. You still couldn't stop hard or it would rub again. It would shake the car pretty badly too.

Fast forward to last saturday night. I'm lined up about to launch. When I launched it came out of gear, I'm an idiot and panicked and shoved it back into first, revved it high and let loose. This did something, caused a leak where the header bolts into the cat (donut gasket slipped and became wedged between the two pieces) and shoved the header right into the frame. Well today I went out and fixed the donut gasket leak. I just had to position it differently and it sealed right up. Well, the header still sits on the frame almost. It has maybe 1/8" clearance and I can see on the header and the frame where it's been rubbing. I'm just curious as to what I can maybe do to fix it. I thought about filing the frame down a little and hoping that clears the header. Thought about knocking the crap out of it with a hammer too, or maybe cutting a quarter inch notch in it. Either way, I really don't want to cut or dent the frame or the header. Are there any fixes or are any of my methods ok to try? I'm cynical, I know :P.

BTW, My header was all screwed up much like Prod's was. I talked to truehonda and he said prods was all messed up too. I didn't feel like sending it back so I brought it to a muffler shop and had the cat portion of it hacked up and rewelded. And I did search to see if this was posted before. I seen topics like it, but nobody really answered on how to fix it and most people pointed fingers at the motor mount. Help me please, I love the header but hate the vibrating. Thanks!

Since nobody knew, lol.. I went ahead and got some air tools and ground some of the frame where it was rubbing, about an 1/8 inch. It doesn't hit much anymore. If I hit the brakes hard it'll come in contact with it but stop. I'm gonna shave more off though, I think I can still hear/feel it when I accelerate hard.
