Carpet Damp?

does anyone have this problem on my driver side under my floor mat it seems to be always damp in the winter i just figured it was some snow or somthing but its hot as hell out and its still damp .. wtf is goin on :S

my freind had this same problem he took out his carpet and before he put new carpet he got his floor welded up he noticed holes in the floor from factroy underneith the sound damping material thats the only way i think it would leak ive never drilled any holes

had the same problem with my car. I must have taken it back to the dealer 5 times before they properly fixed it.

damn....its been happening in my car too. The winter was really crazy i had green algae all over the carpet. now its all gone coz i'd had the carpet dry under sun for a few days...but i know it wud've been back.

Damn green algae in your car. Thats fuked up. I would take that to the dealer and have them check it out.

I think you might be leaking coolant (from the heater). Muscle cars from the 60's-70's almost always have rusty floor boards, and leaking coolant is one of the culprits.
