Speed limiter

Cars that are top speed governed are usually electronically speed limited these days. Basically controlled by the computer chip if I understand correctly. Still , a DX with 115 hp is not going to top out at 130 - 150 mph even if it were not governed.
Last time I had this much fun some furniture got broken!

I bet the 115hp vics can do just under 130. but no more. either way the governor is usually on the tranny and will not allow the tranny to work if it is removed. not sure on our cars though.

Rep Power: 0 the only thing i can find, Apex'i makes a device called a RSM. (rev/speed meter)
it is suppost to have a "speed limmiter cutter" or SLC.
i have purchased one of these, and wired it correctly. i still govern at 180 kph. so i tried to set it to 200 kph, it still governed at 180. i am currently persuing this problem with Apex'i. RSM= $180.00
