Angry Stereo power problem

Does any one know how to fix this problem? I was installing an after market stereo in my civic '01 and some wires must have crossed or something because the power for the stereo memory is not working also cigar lighter is not working. For the time being I connected the cigar lighter and stereo memory up to the harzards power. But because of this connection the stereo memory shuts off and you loss all yor radio stations each time you shut off the car. There are no fuses to the stereo or cigar lighter that I know of labled in the fuse box, also I checked every fuse in the fuse box located with the engine just in case it was connected with something else but not one was bad. Is there some other place were fuses are located or is there something else I can do two fix this. Please help!!!

I know there is a fuse for the cigarette lighter cuz i just replaced mine. I'm pretty sure there's one for the stereo power unit. The one for the cigarette lighter is located under the steering wheel and it's labeled "power accesory" or something like that. Try changing that first and check for the stereo fuse... also you may have blown a fuse on the head unit itself. They're usually located on the back of the unit.
