Front seat is always loose

I already had all of the seat bushings changed, and every 3 months, the seat always wears them out ( no i am not fat!); Is there a way to avoid this? Did i maybe break them by removing the seats to vacuum the interior? Is there a way of putting the seat back in the car, and aligning the tracks?? Any aftermarket bushings out there that wear better than honda??

Thanks

Not sure if there are aftermarket parts for that ... but why do you have to remove the seats to vacuum? Seems like a lotta work just to remove a bit of dust from underneath the seat.
