AEM V2 Intake broke at the braket

I think it's a defect because it happened to my friends you don't notice it broke you might hear a radling. Only way to know is to move it. You never know your could be broke too.lol I think it might of been by the cold weather in the winter time and the engine geting hot and engine might of torqued it.

They say on the site that they gaurenty every product of the life of the car. So it should be all good if i can get through to talk to someone. It keeps on saying the system is busy.

I sent them my intake and they told me that it's a problem with all the intake i believe and that they fixed the problem. There going to send me a new intake. BTW heres a pic of it:
