Ive noticed that the seem that runs along the underside of the car is allways dirty and inconvenient to wash. Anyone just paint it black or something?? I was thinking of crimping some rubber molding over it to help hide it.

Rubber molding wont be good. It will just trap water and dirt inside and cause it to rust.

yup, i agree. i scrub it with a microfiber when it gets to dirty. i wax it once a month and doesnt look any dirtier.....btw i have a white 4dr sooo......do not clay it, you can easily damage the paint because of the ridges
