Gas door problems

Gas door problems
Has anyone out had a problem opening thier gas door? When I push the lever down the dor doesn't open. I've taken the plastic trim off and it doesn't appear to have anything broken. I've checked in the trunk adn can't find anything wrong with the cable in there either. The trunk still opens though.
