Question A/C and heating

is it just my car or does air come out when it is off in your cars? like when i have the air on hot, but it's off hot air still comes into my car... not a lot but i can still feel it... same with cool air but it's not really that noticable since it seems like normal room temp air

Yup, it's for circulation when you're driving fast. There's no way to turn it completely off.

There is a way to turn it off. Set your fan to the "OFF" position, then push the Recirculated/Fresh air button. If you set it to recirculate, it closes a damper to prevent air from entering the cabin. I wouldn't do it, though, I like having some fresh air at all times!
