Side Air Vents

New honda 03 here.

Not sure if this is an issue, but are the side air vents supposed to continue blowing air even if I change the air mode dial to front/windshield/feet? I thouht that it was supposed to turn off in windshield/feet mode (and only ON in the front vent mode).

Thanks. (might be a dumb question).

yeah, if you dont want air to come into the car even tho the **** is in the off position, you're gonna have to press the recirculate air button.

I think in the manual it says where the air blows in each mode... might want to check that...

I think that air comes out of the side vents in ALL modes...

This is not a problem. Even with the fan turned off, air will still blow out of the side vents just from the car moving forward. That's just the way it's designed. If you don't want it to blow, close it manually.
