Idiling Problem Need Help!!!tps

Aright so a couple months ago my had to get a new engine because it was hydrolocked and before that it was working fine and everything. (I have an S-AFC hooked up)So neways they swapped a new engine and one day i was at a light and took off normal then all of a sudden the engine just like bogged down then suddenly abruptly picked up......after getting home with this annoying *** problem i was looking under my hood and playing around, i found out that if i disconnect the TSP the car will run with out bogging down and doing that sh*t but now i have to leave it disconnected..and it idles around 1100 rps.i took it to honda and they said they cant do anything cause of my S-AFC, saying that is the problem, but i think its a faulty TSP sensor since they replaced that too along with the throttle body when the car had been hydrolocked...i checked my connections to the ECU to the S-AFC and the wire was properly hooked up so im pretty sure its the sensor.........but i want to kno how check the sensor to see if it is messed up any HELP please ive been to 2 honda delears and they are just full of SH*T they dont even kno what and AFC was.....theyre just tryin to the blame on something else so they dont have to do anything!!!

first of all, the dealer is full of ****, 2, disconnect, cut, the ground to ur afc, and hook up the tps, if it works fine, then its ur afc. if it doesnt work fine with the afc ground cut, hide the wires take out the controller and roll to the dealer, wiring into the ECU does not directly touch the sensor

yea i disconnected the AFC and everything but my car is no longer on warranty and i dont wanna go through all of disconnecting the controller and stuff....but i had taken it to another mechanic and he hooked up the diagnostic computer and played around with the codes and it said that it wasnt receiving any signal from the TPS and he called to see how much the sensor is and they said that they dont sell the sensor by itself id have to buy the whole throttle body assembly

i wanna check the actual TPS by using a voltmeter or something to see if thats the problem but i dunnno how
