Choking in 2nd gear!!!!

I've had my 2k2 LX Coupe for just over a week now with 30k miles on it. Everything seems to be fine, but once in a while when I shift to 2nd the car kinda chokes (as if I didn't release the clutch completely). This doesn't happen all the time, and the clutch isn't slipping. Anyone have any idea? The car is still under warrentee, but I just would like to try and pin point it first.

FYI, the car is certified Honda and had no problems in it's car history.

Is the car cold when you have this problem? Mine will do that when it's cold, always in second.
