BAD Paint chip!!!!!

When I went to put gas in today I noticed this nasty spot above the tank door on the lower part of the back pillar. the center is empty, and the paint around it is all flaking off!!! its horrible! you could just brush it with somthing and it would come off! I would consider using touchup paint, but because of the flake I dont want to!
Please help!!!

(I can take pics if you want)

Looks like brake fluid got spilled on your car, but it also might just be a defect. I believe the paint is warrented by Honda for 5 years reguardless of milage, might want to visit the dealer.

yeah, I have never heard of extended warrenties on paint from the dealer. I would say take it in to that beautiful new dealership and see what they think.....before it snows again

AR will become famous soon enough
you have to shave some of that extra fringing paint off maybe THEN touch up paint it. imo, it's a little big though to not get noticed by touch up paint. i have neevr tried it htought, but some people say if you do it right that it's very effective.

I have a chip I just noticed today under the gas door, towards the bottom of the car. What should I do? It's somewhat bad, not huge but I don't want it.
