Help me figure the bounce out...

This is of recient. I can't figure out what the problem is, so maybe I can get some help.
I've hit a couple of bumps and I swear the front end of the car has lifted off the ground or come damn near close to it. There's a bridge about 1/4 mile from my house, I turn left onto it and then hit the ramp/deck joint in 2nd at about 3000, and the damn car jumps enough to blip the revs. Seriously not cool. I've done it a couple other places too. As far as I can tell, the struts aren't leaking, the tire pressures are fine and everything else seems to be mechanically sound. Except for the bounce. Its never done it before, and its not like its bump steer or something... the wheels are straight. It just hops. I don't get the popping sound when turning or anything else, and like I said, there's no leaky strut. Is there something else that could give way in there (maybe the upper mount bearings or something) and cause this?

Ronin is an unknown quantity at this point
Do your struts ever bottom out (go all the way down with a thud) when you land, after lifting off ?

Not really hard. They come down a little rough, but they're not bottoming out. I'm not really sure what it is.
