HELP NOW!!! No LOW BEAMS! HIGH IS OK?!?!?!
I changed the bulbs twice. No low beams, only high! WTF! HELP!

Check the wiring harnesses, then check the fuses and any relays/switches that might be in between. There's gotta be a short somewhere.

Is it possible the contact in the steering column went bad?? Now I'm just guessing, but something in there is keeping the circuit open.

DOOD!!! THats exactly what happened in my car. Inside the steering column, the headlight wires got fried somehow. SO now I gotta drive with highbeams on

Thats what I did all weekend. I just took my car to the dealer for repair, but they shot major attitude at me about it because my car is under warranty and they don't want to repair it for free. BASTARDS!
Please see the thread "HEADLIGHT PROBLEM PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!". I have posted a lot of details about this problem. I don't consider it "minor". I recommed contacting the NHTSA about a recall, considering I found burnt contacts in my Civic. Keep your receipts.
