Torn Up Tranny

Whats up guys.

I think after learning how to drive stick on my first car, misshifting, and grinding pulling some Fast and Furious "quick-shifting" cuz I'm a childish jackass. I've driven my tranny to **** and its making wierd "whirrring" noises. Everytime i downshift and let go of the clutch at the friction point, it makes a weird constant ****ed up revving noise. Hard to explain, could it be i torn up the first and second gear syncrhos? All i know is, its making really messed up noises as the revs drop, or raise quickly....

Probably need a new clutch and new tranny.

Is it possible that I put in a RSX base/premium tranny? Would it give me better gear ratios? Would it even work?? Or should i just go and buy myself another LX/Si (canadian) tranny?

Man i wish i never hurt my car.. urrg.

Tranny swap won't work.
RSX = K-series tranny
Civic = D-series

I'd replace the clutch first with something from ACT or any other respectable company.

Brought it to a garage, they said it's either the heat sheild thats cracked, something internal is causing a lot of friction. Either that, or the tranny is really done. Thats what I get for learning stick on this car, and letting my brother ruin it by learning too.

Probably gonna end up getting a 1.7 EL tranny, or the Canadian Si tranny.
