How do I take my headlights off?

How do I take my headlights off? 
I just got some new projectors for my 03 Civic, but i'm having trouble taking the old ones out. From looking at the new projectors, there are 3 screws that I need to take off in order to get the old ones out. I can get 2 out of 3, I can't seem to find where the third (bottom) screw is. Do I need to take the bumber off or something? If so, how do I remove the bumber?
