2013 Honda Civic LX-Ignition module security bolts
Good evening,
Thank you for granting me access. Strange question, I have to remove my ignition module. I am down to the security bolts holding the module to the steering column. I read online that these bolts are reversed threaded in the 2013 Civics, i.e. right to loosen, left to tighten. I have tried the hammer and chisel method and the bolts don't move. Are they reverse-threaded or not?

They are reverse threaded and with flat heads, but you don't need to remove the module in order to take out the ignition switch which is held by 2 small screws only. One front up and the other down back. Use 90 degree short screwdriver or hold with pliers P2 Philips bit. It's a tight space but it's doable.
