How to properly remove 30A fuse?

How to properly remove 30A fuse?
Hi guys,

Any technique on removing the 30A interior cabin fuse for the wiper? ( relatively big and square shaped)
I tried with the white fuse clip that’s attached to the engine fuse box plastic cover but no luck. I’ve tried with a small screwdriver head but that just damaged the top.
