Civic EX 2007 5dr 1.8 Battery draining

Dear all,

Recently a proud owner of my first Civic. Love the car however the batter dies after one night.
Previous owner explained if the fuse for sat nav/radio/central locking/ipod wire is taken out then no batrery drain.

Question - anyone know who has experience with the civics, who i can take the car to for a battery drain test and cost to fix the issue.

Based in west london but happy to travel if needed.

appreciate any insight or suggestions.

Many thanks
Amin K

Any auto parts store can perform a battery draw test. They can also replace it on-site. Not sure that’s your fix, but grab a new battery and see what happens.

Not sure why my head went to London, Ont lol

This is a mostly North American forum. Perhaps the European ones will be of more help.

Sounds like that'd be the culprit right there. Is it an aftermarket head unit or OEM?
