This is my dilema, when I start up my car the display on the radio is very faint but as I drive it slowly comes into view. Now if my dimmer is set to full bright I can finally see it, But if I try to adjust it downward a step or two it goes to very dim to almost dark. Also the panel for the environmental controls backlighting is out entirely. It did work previously.

Any ideas?
