My girlfriend has a 2015 Civic lately her push start wont turn car on immediately you just hear a clicking noise. Sometimes takes 5 minutes to get it started. She’s gotten a new battery and no help . Any ideas ? Thanks .

there is a solenoid that pushes the starter motor to the flywheel.
there is the motor that turns the flywheel after the solenoid pushes the starter motor shaft.
there is the wiring that goes to both
then they need electrical power

1. check fuses (underdash, one in engine bay - engine bay is the one to look)
2. check wiring (any damage? Rodent chews? - rodents are quite common...)
3. check is solenoid is pushing shaft
4. check if starter is not fubar.
