2010 civic “ticking” sound from dash when car is off

2010 civic “ticking” sound from dash when car is off
2010 civic “ticking” sound like a “turn signal sound”when car is off from dash left of the speedometer. It comes on when the car is locked. When I unlock the car the sound goes away. Comes on when the car is off and headlights is off. If headlight is on and the sound won’t come on.
it sounds like a turn signal sound. I think it’s draining the battery bc I have to replace the battery. The sound shouldnt be there. Some kind of relay clicking on nonstop but only when car is locked and engine off and headlights off. Please help
