2007 civic ex sedan door lock/ battery dying issue

New battery and all is good even alternator. whenever i take the negative off the battery and put it back on i hear the door locks like they either unlocked or locked, whenever i mess with the power lock fuse its the same thing. whenever i pull the fuse and put the fuse back in i hear the door locks again. is there a short somewhere? either way i tried looking at a parasitic drain on my battery as it keeps dying and i believe it has to do with the door locks. whenever i use my Multimeter to check the parasitic drain i pull the negative and touch the post with black lead and the neg cable with the red lead from multimeter. when they touch i hear the door locks again. is there a hot wire touching something that keeps the door locks moving everytime power hits them? also i pulled the fuse out completely of the power door locks and now i cant unlock the door with the door key as we dont have a master. we have 1 for ignition and 1 key for doors/trunk. would the fuse being out cause the door not to unlock? as of right now i have to get in with the trunk. any help on this issue would be greatly apprieciated. IM CONFUSED..sorry if some of this is confusing as i through my thoughts together to write this lol

something that keeps the door locks moving everytime power hits them
Maaaaaybe one of the power lock switches is stuck on. .
Is the key slot in the drivers door handle straight vertical, or is it kinda leaning to one side?
Stick the key in the drivers door and slowly twist to unlock the door.. Then lock. Then "center" the lock before removing the key.
See if that got rid of your battery draw.

I do know the key slot is vertical. The auto locks are weird. Both front doors only unlock the driver side door. Only pulling the fuse ans putting it back in unlocks them all. I believe its a wiring issue..i found out after posting this that when I started the car I thought it had running lights. In the cluster the brights showed they were on but the blue light was very dim. The next time i got in it the light the gone and no running lights. This is my daughters car not mine, so i dont look at it until it has issues. But the light issue I found out today. The liggt issue could be a ground wire issue. Anywho the car is very clean under the hood and everything looks great. Just seems weird. If i check for parasitic draw. It will show one when I disconnect the negative and hook up the multimeter, but after the locks move the parasitic draw goes away. So thats where im confused. Why do the locks move whenever I plug the battery back in or put a fuse in? Could it be a bad switch on drivers door? Even though it unlocks driver side only?..just has me stumped and I ahte tearing apart interior for a wire issue lol
