Inj and ign relays no ground pulse when starting ??

Inj and ign relays no ground pulse when starting ??
2007 civic lx ... no ground signal to the pgfi relay and ignition coil relay .. under the hood
Can someone tell me what sends the ground pulse to these relays ? IGN switch ? Or Ecu ?
Wiring diagram would help thanks in advance

The ECU provides ground for the injector and PGM relays.

Who’s the best at rebuilding , I called 2 rebuilders told them stars going on with the pcm and they acted clueless ... thanks or do I buy a used good one and get it reflashed ?

It would probably be cheaper to just find a used PCM. Put it in the car and bring it to a dealer to reflash.
