So I have several issues that I haven't been able to find any information on at all. All symptoms began at the same time.

Symptoms include key fob not unlocking or locking the car, windows, lights, indicators and hazards not working, immobiliser light is not on the dash anymore and a lot of the dash is duller than normal when the car is running. The car won't communicate with the ECU when an OBDII reader is used.
The car runs and drives grand with no issues other than those.

Dealership has stated a malfunctioning control module underneath the dash somewhere but truthfully have no idea.

Key was tested for infrared signal and works fine.

Anybody any information to help?
