89 civic si startup help!
So my civic has a zc motorswap in it. when first turning the key to the on position im not getting any dash lights. and i need them to pop on for the initial check engine light to go off. if not it just starts up and cuts off via the safety feature.
is it at all possible to bypass this safety feature? if so how do i do it??

also note that i drive it everyday and this is the first time its ever done this. motor and tranny are perfect condition as well as most other things so its not a mechanical issue for sure.
