encouter different kind of ceramic pad, what to choose?

I am at this website, and they have 6 different ceramic pad at different price. I already select "Premium", but w/i Premium, there is a great range of price on ceramic pad.

Then I also went to NAPA website, and they also have their own brand of ceramic pad.

So I don't know what to choose and what the criteria is. Can anyone help?

You provided zero information about the different pads. Pick whatever price you want to pay
