2006 Civic, LX 1.8L Struts

Friend owns a 2006 Honda Civic LX 1.8L (4 door) and wants to replace the struts at the front and the shocks at rear.

He wants to replace the front with coil overs from RockA but I keep telling him to instead keep his coils and just buy new struts for the front.
I think we should stay away from the cheap stuff.

We are looking for good solid struts that will mirror what came originally with the car and also looking for good shocks for the rear.

He doesn't want to go over board and get the best, just something comparable to how the car came originally.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
