I have lost most of my pwr strng fld...no outside leaks...but when the rack n pinion boot is taken off...BINGO leaking from inside. Is this the TSB 06 020 they write about? I would like some info before I go back to the dealership.

Mine is always outside leaks.I I admit that I added Lucas PS fix about a year ago and often used any brand that said "for Honda" When the reservoir and the pump were changed out recently , I used only genuine Honda fluid but still see some red in the reservoir and in the leaks. Thinking of draining the reservoir and adding the right fluid every week to help it.
