Shifter loose on a manual FD Civic Sport K20A

Hi I have bought a 2008 civic sport (AUDM) with a 5 speed manual transmission. everything is fine with the car except that the shifting feels a little loose and the gear stick wobbles bit more than normal. is there some mechanism that might be worn out and can be changed to make it feel not as loose. I am on a budget so something cheap is preferred. Thankyou
