Hey there! My sister in law had a 2006 Civic EX that overheated, cracking the block at the sites of the service bulletin. I found a 2011 Civic locally with 92,000 miles that’s being parted out from a wreck. The guy parting it out said he’d take $850 for the engine and transmission. My question is, is the transmission completely compatible? Need to change ECU’s? Just double checking before I stick it in the car.

When I search for an '06 transmission on car-part it shows '06-'11 transmissions will fit.
